SUMMARY ITINERARY : Upon arrival at the lodge, you will attend an informal welcome session. On the first day of skiing, you will undergo a helicopter and avalanche safety briefing including how to use your Avalanche Transceiver. First groups in each helicopter depart the lodge daily at 9:15. In general, skiing/riding ends at Friday noon. You will check out of your room in the morning before you depart for your last day of skiing. Upon your return from skiing, there’s enough time to shower and change into your travelling clothes.

ACCESS POINT : It’s best to fly into Vancouver International Airport. Then carry on to Downtown Vancouver. Clients are required to meet at the lobby of the Pan Pacific Hotel at 8:30 AM for the 8:45 departure. Travel time to lodge is approximately 6 hours with a couple of stops for leg stretching and refreshments.

DEPOSIT : A non-refundable deposit of CAD $1,500 for each guest must be made within 10 days of receiving a written reservation confirmation. For private packages, the required deposit is 20% of the package price.
FULL PAYMENT : Final payment is due 90 days prior to your trip start date.
REFUNDS : No refund is given for any unused portion of your package due to injury, illness, poor physical fitness or skiing ability. For any unused portion of the vertical guarantee due to inclement weather or mechanical breakdown, refund of $112 per 1,000 meters will be given.
