SUMMARY ITINERARY : For the 3 day package, you arrive on a Thursday afternoon and ski from Friday to Sunday. For both 4 and 7 day packages, you reach the base of operations on a Sunday afternoon and ski the following days. You ski 6-8 runs per day and experience the deep powder of the Monashee Range. If you opt for the day heli ski option, no need to worry because you will be skiing the exact same terrain as those who chose the multi-day package.

ACCESS POINT : Getting there is the first part of the adventure!
Kelowna International Airport is the closest major airport to their operation, serviced by connecting flights from Calgary AB, Vancouver BC, and Seattle WA. Most guests coming to Eagle Pass Heliskiing from the United States would reach Kelowna by a connecting flight through Seattle.
Then travel by ground from Kelowna International to the lodge which is approximately a 2.5 hour drive.

DEPOSIT : A non-refundable deposit together with the completed registration form are required within 2 weeks of the reservation date to confirm your reservation. The deposits for all of the packages amount to 30% of the package price.
FULL PAYMENT : Final payment is required 90 days prior to commencement of the package or November 1st whichever comes first. If booking less than 90 days prior to the start of your ski package the full payment is due upon booking.
REFUNDS : No refunds are given in whole or in part for unused days within the package due to late arrival or early departure.
If you decide to come in early or not ski at all for any particular day of your package, no refund will be given should the guaranteed 3,000 meters vertical not be reached that day. Should the entire group not reach the 3,000 meter guaranteed vertical due to weather, mechanical breakdown or conditions, un-skied footage will be credited at the rate of C$139 per 1,000 meters to be applied as deposit towards an un-booked trip valid until the end of next season.
