SUMMARY ITINERARY : A normal day of heliskiing starts at 8:30 in the morning and ends at around 4:00 in the afternoon. Fitness levels and weather conditions permitting, you can possibly ski between 7 to 10 ski runs during the day. Most of the ski runs are around a thousand meters vertical. You can, therefore, expect to log anything between 7,000 to 10,000 meters of vertical skiing on each full day of operations. Back to the hotel, you will be pampered with delicious cuisine especially prepared for exhausted skiers. ACCESS POINT : It’s best to fly into Indira Gandhi International Airport, the arrival point for many visitors into Delhi. Manali is about 550 kilometers from Delhi. Then transfer via plane. The nearest airport is Bhuntar (Kullu) Airport which is a scenic 90 minute flight from New Delhi. The one hour drive from Kullu to Manali is definitely one of the trip highlights as it will take you through enchanting villages and orchards.

 EXCLUSIONS:
  • Heliski/Catski specific travel insurance.
  • Meals and accommodation in Delhi when staying an extra night.

  • Medevac flights out of Manali are billed separately.
  • For single room: $360 - for seven nights in Manali, whether by guest’s choice or if no rooming partner can be found.
  • Extra verticals are charged at $130 per 1,000 vertical meters.
DEPOSIT : To confirm the booking, a non-refundable deposit sum of US $3,000 must be paid within 2 weeks of the initial booking request.
FULL PAYMENT : The balance of the package price is due 12 weeks prior to your departure date. Payments are due through bank transfers in US Dollars.
REFUNDS : Refunds are given only for the inability to fly due to poor weather or mechanical breakdown at the rate of US $119 per 1,000 vertical meters unskied below the guarantee.
No refund will be made for days not used (late arrival, early departure, being unwell or opting out of the day's skiing for personal reasons) or in case you decide to stop skiing during the day and the vertical meters included in the package is not reached.
